<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release polyester film, which can suppress the generation of oligomer to the minimum while a temperature of pressure-sensitive adhesive processing or the like or a pressure of a nip roll or the like is applied during process travel time, and which is suitable for an optical-use separator facilitating process optical inspection. <P>SOLUTION: This release polyester film is a release film including a silicone based release layer on at least one surface, wherein an MOR_C-value is 1.5-3.0. and a critical breaking load of the release layer surface is ≥25 mN. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
