<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet like ceramic base which realizes the downsizing and improves the quality and the productivity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the sheet like ceramic base. <P>SOLUTION: In a sheet like ceramic base 1A where multiple rectangular ceramic bases 1 are formed, through terminals 5x are formed on wall surfaces of through holes 9 formed at corners of the ceramic base 1, and extraction terminals 4a of crystal holding terminals 4 holding a crystal piece 2 on a surface of the ceramic base 1 respectively connect with the through terminals 5x diagonally arranged.
