PURPOSE: An exhaust filter for a vehicle and an exhaust apparatus with the same are provided to improve a fuel ratio by increasing the temperature of exhaust more than regeneration temperature without using much fuel. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust filter for a vehicle comprises first and second layers. A first hydrocarbon trap for absorbing hydrocarbon contained in exhaust is coated on the first layer. A first oxidation catalyst for oxidizing the hydrocarbon is coated on the second layer. The hydrocarbon absorbed into the first layer is desorbed at high temperature.
