PURPOSE: A semiconductor IC(integrated circuit) is provided to prevent overheating of a heating element by a protection circuit for supplying voltage and current to each element. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit(103) includes a protection circuit(105). The protection circuit includes a first oxide semiconductor transistor. A capacitive element(114) includes a second oxide semiconductor transistor. An operating amplifier(152) inputs reference voltage to a non-inverting input terminal. The operating amplifier is electrically connected to an inverted input terminal.
