PURPOSE: An apparatus provided with pannel solar cell for charging electric power is provided to charge easily a cellular phone by using a foldable solar battery film. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communications unit is set at a holder(9) for charge. A solar battery panels are formed in the rear surface of the holder to be able to fold. A solar battery pannel unit(3, 5) generates electricity from sunlight. A locking unit is formed in the solar battery panels. The locking units prevent the folded solar battery panels to be opened. |
