PURPOSE: A cooling unit for a steaming device is provided to make red ginseng with high quality by preventing saponin components from being spilled. CONSTITUTION: A cooling unit for a steaming device comprises a steam supply pipe(20) and a steam discharge pipe(30). The steam supply pipe comprises a outdoor steam supplier and a plurality of steam injection units(22). The outdoor steam supplier is installed in the lower part of the steaming device. The steam injection units are connected to the steam supplier. The steam discharge pipe is installed in the upper part of the steaming device to discharge steam in the device. A suction unit is installed to forcibly suck the air. A discharge unit(200) is installed to forcibly discharge heat generated in the device.
