<p>PURPOSE: A fan filter unit control device is provided to smoothly start or stop a motor by integrally manufacturing two or more BLDC(Brushless DC electric) motors. CONSTITUTION: A fan filter unit control device comprises two or more ports. The ports are fixed to a fan filter unit controller. Two ore more BLDC motors are operated by signals supplied from the fan filter unit controller. The PWM(Pulse Width Modulated) sine wave and DC power are supplied to the BLDC motors through the ports. The fan filter unit controller one unique number, and the unique number is displayed on the monitor of a central control system.
