PURPOSE: A piston valve is provided to prevent the deviation of buffering force of a product by using an orifice coupling hole. CONSTITUTION: A piston valve comprises a piston(20) and an intake valve(30). The piston comprises a first coupling part(21). The intake valve comprises a second coupling part. The first and the second coupling parts are coupled with each other through uneven portions. The first coupling part comprises a coupling hole(21a) projected upward and a coupling protrusion(21b). The second coupling part is formed into a concave fitting groove(31a).
