<p>The system (1) has a rectifier (6) supplying energy from an external supply network to an input (6a), and a drive inverter (3) whose alternating voltage side (3b) is connected with phase windings (U, V, W) of an induction machine (4) e.g. synchronous machine. A current path section (7a) guides current supplied by the rectifier to the system. The section has a switch (S1) i.e. controllable power switch, for selectively interrupting the section, where the system works as a step-up converter and a step-down converter in the direction of an energy storage (2) by using the switch and the windings.</p> |
