PURPOSE: An insulation device for mesh heater and its insulation process are provided to perform reinforcement and heat radiation at the same time by the reinforcing effect of mesh-shaped heating element with basic material. CONSTITUTION: An upper guide roller(22) engages with a lower guide roller(24) to carry out a press process. A perforating pin(23a) is formed on a perforating roller(23). An upper guide hole(22a) or lower guide hole(24a) is formed on the corresponding guide roller. The upper or lower guide holes are processed. |
