PURPOSE: A drain member connection structure for soft ground improvement is provided to reduce the time and man power for connection of drain members, thereby improving the construction efficiency of drain members. CONSTITUTION: A drain member connection structure for soft ground improvement is composed as follows. Fastening loops(10a) made of natural fabric are installed at regular intervals on one side of a vertical drain member(V). Fastening loops(10b) made of natural fabric are installed at regular intervals on the upper side of a horizontal drain member(H). A fastening string(20) connects the vertical drain member to the horizontal drain member by passing through the fastening loops while the upper part of the vertical drain member is perpendicularly bent and pressed on the top surface of the horizontal drain member. Metal female and male buckles(30a,30b) are installed at both ends of the horizontal drain member, respectively. One end of the horizontal drain member is filled with a filler completely while the other end is filled with the filler partially except a predetermined depth. |
