PURPOSE: A method for processing the end of staples is provided to ensure soft texture and to be applied to a brush or industrial field. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing the end of staples comprises: a step of melting and drawing a synthetic resin composition containing polyester-based resin to prepare a staple bundle; a step of sealing the end of one side of the bundle and forming a melt film; a step of dipping the end of the one side of the bundle and sealed melt film in a process tank containing a basic solution, forming a first block, and cooling the same at 8-30 Deg. C.; and a step of dipping the cooled first block in the process tank to form a terminal part. The temperature of the process tank is 90-120 Deg. C. |
