PURPOSE: An electrolyzer structure of an electrolysis apparatus is provided to maintain the flux of fluid by serially stacking a plurality of fluid transferring pipes. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of fluid transferring pipes is serially stacked such that a flow path is zigzaggedly formed to one direction. An inlet(100a) and an outlet(100b) are formed at one upper part and one lower part of the stacked body. The electrolyzer structure of an electrolysis apparatus includes an electrode which is installed in the stacked body and electrically reacts ballast water through the fluid transferring pipes. One end part and another end part of the fluid transferring pipe are alternately closed.
