PURPOSE: An elastic portable terminal composed of rubber and plastic is provided to protect components of a portable terminal from outside impacts by reducing the outside impacts. CONSTITUTION: The outer tube of a portable terminal is able to reduce impacts instead of a case. Four sides of the outer tube are composed of plastic materials which include high hardness. The edge of the outer tube is composed of rubber materials including the high hardness. The plastic material or the rubber material is good for reducing impacts. The plastic material or the rubber material is strong on heat. The plastic material or the rubber material minimizes electromagnetic waves.
