PURPOSE: A rubbing cloth inspecting method is provided to inspect an abnormal fabric hair by photographing a protrusion length and a surface of a rutting cloth. CONSTITUTION: A rubbing roll in which a rubbing clothing is welded is installed to a rotation unit. A side of the rubbing cloth is photographed by a first camera. A projection length of a protruded hair is photographed by a second camera. A control unit determines abnormality of the fabric hair by analysis of an acquired image in a hair forming direction and a fabric hair protrusion length image.
