PURPOSE: A sleeve assembly is provided to easily build a pipe passage in a concrete wall by being coupled to the inside of a concrete form and to allow each control of length corresponding to the width of a concrete form. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve assembly(100) comprises a first housing(110), a second housing(150), first and second shield plates(160), and a fixing part(121). The first housing is inserted and coupled to one side of the second housing, wherein the coupling length can be regulated. The first and second shield plates are integrally formed on both sides of the assembled first and second housings, respectively. The fixing part is formed in the first and second shield plates by elastically protruding from the outer surface of the first and second shield plates to be installed in coupling holes formed in a concrete form.
