<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to generate high open circuit voltage by forming heterojunction of crystal and amorphous semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A base substrate(10) is made of crystal semiconductor. The base substrate includes a first surface for sunlight and a second surface facing the first surface. A doping pattern(120) includes a first dopant. The doping pattern is partly formed in the second surface. A first doped layer(110) includes a second dopant.</p> |
