<p>PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for executing an emergency trigger method in MTC(Machine Type Communication) are provided to execute data communication when a network is busy. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(922) determines the urgent trigger of an MTC apparatus. The control unit creates the urgent trigger request message of the MTC apparatus. A transmission and reception unit(924) transmits the created message to a wireless network system. The transmission and reception unit transmits data to the MTC apparatus and receives the data from the MTC apparatus after the MTC apparatus is triggered. The MTC apparatus temporally converts the construction information of the MTC apparatus for executing an emergency trigger mode.
