PURPOSE: A dualism telescope that looking the inside of an ear is provided to look at the inside of an ear by using the structure of periscope. CONSTITUTION: The principle of periscope is applied to a lens barrel of a telescope for looking at the inside of an ear. The telescope comprises an eyepiece(12), an object lens and a mirror. A handle is to hold safely the telescope. A fixing device(50) is to prevent shaking of the telescope. The volume of the telescope is reduced by applying a foldable device to the telescope.
