PURPOSE: A method for forming a conductive film is provided to shorten the heating and cooling time by heating selectively the conductive film. CONSTITUTION: A conductive film(200) is coated on a glass(100). The conductive film is recrystallized by a selective thermal process. Wavelength for which an absorption rate of the conductive film is 5% or over and absorption rate of the glass is 5% or less is used in the thermal process. Energy having wavelength of 350nm to 700nm is used in the thermal process. Laser is used in the thermal process.
