PURPOSE: A composition for forming a low refractive layer, a reflection preventing film, a polarizing plate, and a displaying device are provided to include an excellent inside antifouling property and an excellent inside anti-finger printing property when the reflection preventing film is applied. CONSTITUTION: A composition for forming a low refractive layer includes hollow silica particles, a fluorine acrylate compound, an acrylate monomer, a photoinitiatior and a solvent. The fluorine acrylate compound is obtained by reacting on a compound with three or more isocyanates in a molecule, fluorine alcohol and 2- hydroxyethyl acrylate. A refractive index of the hollow silica particles is between 1.17 and 1.40. |
