摘要 PURPOSE: A method for calculating a phase angle of a brushless DC motor is provided to measure a phase angle of a rotor using an output of a hall sensor in the brushless DC motor. CONSTITUTION: The outputs of first to third hall sensors are recorded as first to sixth values. [(60° X (the first value - the sixth value))/(the first value - the sixth value) - 30°] is calculated as a phase angle. [(60° X (the first value - the second output value))/(the first value - the fourth value) + 30°] is calculated as a phase angle. [(60° X (the third output value - the fourth value))/(the second value - the fourth value) + 90°] is calculated as a phase angle. [(60° X (the second value - the fourth output value))/(the second value - the fifth value) + 150°] is calculated as a phase angle. [(60° X (the fifth output value - the fifth value))/(the third value - the fifth value) + 210°] is calculated as a phase angle.
