PURPOSE: An emitting type direction sign using solar heat and wind power is provided to generate electricity by using a generator when a direction rotation plate is rotated and generate the electricity by using a solar heat generator. CONSTITUTION: An emitting type arrow(22) uses an emitting body of LED, etc. A rotation axis(21) changes an arrow to a desired direction according to necessity of the emitting type arrow. Electricity generated in a generator(52) and a solar heat generator(51) is stored in a storage battery(40) through a wire(30). The emitting type arrow lights by using a timer as much as necessary time(41). A direction sign diverts the emitting type arrow to the desired direction.
