<p>PURPOSE: A surface-protective film is provided to enhance heat resistance and to facilitate initial adhesiveness control at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A surface-protective film comprises an adhesive layer(102) on one side of a substrate film(101). The adhesive layer is formed by being coated with acrylic copolymer and isocyanate hardener. The acrylic copolymer comprises 0.9-1.9% of hydroxy group, and the weight-average molecular weight is 100,000-300,000. The acrylic copolymer is polymerized from a monomer which is composed butylacrylate, 2- hydroxyethylacrylate, methylacrylate and 2- ethylhexylacrylate.</p> |
