PURPOSE: An information transmission and reception system between a smartphone and a kiosk and method thereof are provided to grasp the user of a smartphone by sensing a touch signal in a state which a plurality of smart phones is connected to the kiosk. CONSTITUTION: A kiosk information providing server(1) stores the information of one or more kiosks(3) installed in an area which is located within a predetermined distance. One or more smart phones(2) provides the grasped location of a smart phone to the kiosk information providing server. The smart phone displays the information of the kiosks on a screen using the received location information of the smart phone.
