PURPOSE: A packaging container for polymer powder using an outer cover produced with a conductive fabric and an inner cover produced with a conductive film is provided to offer enough electrostatic removing and moisture blocking functions. CONSTITUTION: A packaging container for polymer powder includes an outer cover(110) produced with a conductive fabric and an inner cover(120) produced with a conductive film. The outer cover and the inner cover have an entrance on one side for inserting and discharging the polymer powder. The fabric outer cover can be produced with one entrance on one side, and the film inner cover can be produced with two entrances on both sides.
