PURPOSE: A power supplying device of a burn in test system is provided to remove electric charges accumulated in an inspected device after finishing a burn in test, thereby preventing electrical performance degradation which is caused by electric shock which applies to the inspected device when the inspected device is removed from the burn in test system. CONSTITUTION: A power supplying module(200) includes a current sink circuit(205) connected to an inspected device and removes electric charges accumulated in the inspected device A system controller generates a control signal blocking a power supply of the inspected device after finishing a burn in test and has a current sink controlling function activating the current sink circuit. The system controller includes a voltage controlling circuit and a power controlling circuit. The voltage controlling circuit individually controls a voltage of the power supplying module. The power controlling circuit individually supplies or blocks power to the power supplying module.
