摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyol capable of collecting high quality recycled polyol at high yield is provided to easily obtain high quality polyol without filtering, thereby efficiently recycling waste source. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyol capable of collecting high quality recycled polyol at high yield comprises the following stages: adding 50-500 parts by weight of glycol to 100.0 parts by weight of waste polyurethane flakes and agitating while heating the added mixture at 120-300 deg. Celsius; adding 50-150 parts by weight of amine-based oligomer and animal and vegetable oil, 0.1-50 parts by weight of organometallic catalyst or amine catalyst to the mixture and performing the reaction at 170-400 deg. Celsius; and after converting waste polyurethane into polyol using glycol depolymerization, adding 0.001-10 parts by weight of demulsifier at 160-180 deg. Celsius.
