摘要 PURPOSE: A system for treating dissolved copper produced during a metal anodizing process is provided to prevent the reduction of service life of electrolyte and reduce maintenance costs for electrolyte by preventing the concentration variation of electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A system for treating dissolved copper produced during a metal anodizing process comprises a first nitric acid dissolving bath(200), a second motor pump(210), a vaporizing bath(220), a cooling bath(230), a third motor pump(240), and a first opening and closing valve(260). The first nitric acid dissolving bath stores nitric acid solution for dissolving copper of a cathodic mesh plate(116). The second motor pump forcibly circulates the nitric acid in the first nitric acid dissolving bath. The vaporizing bath heats the nitric acid solution drawn in by the second motor pump with steam to separate copper. The cooling bath cools the steam in the vaporizing bath to condense the steam. The third motor pump recovers the condensed nitric acid solution to a nitric acid solution supply tank(250). The first opening and closing valve controls the injection of nitric acid solution of the nitric acid solution supply tank into the first nitric acid dissolving bath.
