PURPOSE: An environment-friendly polylactic acid-polypropylene-based alloy resin composition is provided to have excellent heat resistance, impact resistance, and appearance, and to have excellent physical balance. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly polylactic acid-polypropylene-based alloy resin composition comprises 10-70 weight% of polylactic acid, 10-80 weight% of a polypropylene resin of which isotactic index is 97% or more, 1-30 weight% of a compatibilizing agent, and 1-30 weight% of an impact modifier. The impact modifier comprises an ethylene-A-octene copolymer. The crystallinity of the polypropylene is 50% or more. The compatibilizing agent is a reactive compatibilizing agent containing a reactive group.
