PURPOSE: A vertical blind with a solar cell is provided to produce electricity using sunlight or indoor light selectively by automatically changing the direction of the solar cell based on the outdoor and indoor light intensities measured at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A vertical blind(100) comprises a fixed frame(110) installed at the top of a window; solar cell blinds(120,130) which are coupled to the fixed frame and are allowed to pivot; a driving unit which rotates the solar cell blinds so that the light incidence surfaces of solar cells can face indoor or outdoor sides of a building; a light detecting unit which measures outdoor and indoor light intensities at the same time; and a control unit which controls the driving units according to the measurement results of the light detecting unit. |
