PURPOSE: A security management method in an electronic document payment system using a mobile apparatus is provided to fundamentally prevent a hacker from stealing information from a company with an inappropriate method. CONSTITUTION: A second middle server determines whether the information of a mobile apparatus matches with connection time. When the information of the mobile apparatus matches with the connection time, the second middle server connects to a second level server. The mobile apparatus connects to a server(S120). When the mobile apparatus connects to the second level server, a first level secret document is copied to the second level server. The payment for the first secret document is executed in the mobile terminal(S130).
