PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating dyshepatia which contains plantago formosana extract is provided to reduce side effects and virulence expression rate and to be biopcompatible. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating dyshepatia contains plantago formosana extract. The dyshepatia is caused by Fe- NTA(Ferric nitrilotriacetate). The plantago formosana extract includes plantamajoside as an active ingredient. An obtaining method of the plantago formosana comprises the following steps: obtaining alcoholic extract of plantago formosana and pulverizing thereof; and obtaining plantago formosana by performing gel filtration chromatography on butanol fraction. A pharmaceutical composition for dyshepatia prevention or treatment includes plantago formosana extract.
