PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display apparatus are provided to reduce power consumption by forming a first electrode which includes ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) of low electrical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) is electrically connected with a drain electrode. An intermediate layer(115) is formed on the first electrode. The intermediate layer includes an organic light-emitting layer. A second electrode(116) is formed on the intermediate layer. An insertion layer(112) is formed between the first electrode and the intermediate layer. The insertion layer includes oxide.
