PURPOSE: A white plume removal apparatus of an underground air ventilating facility is provided to improve the condensation of vapor by maximizing the contact area of air and the surface of a cooling plate. CONSTITUTION: A white plume removal apparatus of an underground air ventilating facility includes an ventilating duct(10), an internal heat exchanger(20), and one or more external heat exchangers(40). The ventilating duct ventilates air through an underground air purifying unit. The internal heat exchanger includes a plurality of cooling plates(22). The internal heat exchanger is in contact with air during an air exhausting process. The external heat exchangers include a plurality of heat radiating plates(42) and cool heated cooling plates.
