FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to metal cutting. Method of filling radial grooves, cutouts and channels of composite grinding wheel with solid lubricant comprises preparing, proportioning and mixing solid lubricant components to fill in said elements. Then, excess solid lubricant is removed. Filling process is controlled. Note here that in preparation of solid lubricant, fluorescent powder is added thereto in amount equal to that of solid lubricant in the mix. Filling of grinding wheel is controlled on illumination of aforesaid elements by UV light.EFFECT: higher surface quality of ground surfaces. |
