PURPOSE: An automatic transaction method with an electronically decodable recording medium including automatic transaction policies about the trade of structurized online transaction financial products and a recording medium thereof are provided to increase a price-earnings ratio according to a taste of a personal customer or minimize a risk of the customer. CONSTITUTION: A purchase portfolio system related to structured automatic transaction policies is formed(S1). A broker server transmits the structured automatic transaction policies to each client terminal(S5). The broker server receives a selection signal for one or more strategy signal(S7). The broker server continuously checks whether a purchase condition is generated in the selected strategy signal(S9).
