PURPOSE: A panel assembly is provided to prevent the inflow of foreign materials and water leakage. CONSTITUTION: A panel assembly comprises a lower frame(110) and an upper frame(120). The lower frame comprises a lower plate and a lower support and is fixed to a structure. The lower support supports the beneath portion of a panel. The lower frame and the upper frame are coupled with each other. The upper frame comprises an upper plate(121), an upper support(123), and a finishing part(124). The upper plate and the lower plate are coupled with each other. The finishing part is bent downward for finishing the lower plate.
