<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nanocomposite is provided to manufacture nanocomposite with desired properties by forming aggregates of silicate or clay nanoparticles in a polymer resin with an absolutely separated structure. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polymer nanocomposite comprises: a step of manufacturing particles from the composite; a step of putting the nanoparticles into a pressurizing reactor, and impregnating enough pressure and fluid of high-temperature; and a step of dispersing filler particles through a sudden expansion of fluid dissolved or absorbed between the filler and the polymer by discharging pressure of the reactor in an instant.</p> |
