摘要 FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises making the article framework. The latter is placed in female die. Clearances are allowed between core forming outer surface and framework inner surface. Plastic melt is injected into core inside, between core forming outer surface and framework inner surface, to strain framework walls. Framework outer surface is made following the female die inner forming surface. Note here that bearing and sealing surface are made at core face surface center as well as injection cavity and core cavity and channels to intercommunicate both. Sharp edge is formed on core bearing surface. Injector outer surface is pressed against opposite core sealing central surface through framework face wall to decrease its thickness. Plastic melt is injected into injection chamber to press framework wall against core central bearing surface to force said face wall into free injection chamber so that aforesaid sharp edge cuts said face wall. Plastic melt is fed into injection chamber via said maid cutout and, via channels, into core chamber in one process step.EFFECT: higher efficiency of cooling, ease of article removal.6 cl, 5 dwg
