PURPOSE: A recombinant vector for tissue-specific transformation is provided to express a large amount of target proteins in cells(or tissue) at a desired time. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for tissue-specific transformation contains Tol2 transposon, an enhancer trap gene fragment between the Tol2 transposons, GAL4, and EosFP gene fragments. The enhancer trap gene fragment has base of sequence number 1. A GAL4 gene fragment has a base of sequence number 2. The recombinant vector has a base of sequence number 6.
