PURPOSE: A power oscillator is provided to greatly reduce system size in comparison with an existing tube structure by combining a plurality of amplification parts I parallel. CONSTITUTION: A power distribution part(100) generates a plurality of distribution signals by distributing an input signal. A plurality of amplification parts(120) amplifies the plurality of distribution signals. A power combination part(140) generates an output signal by combining an output of the plurality of amplification parts. A loop circuit(150) provides an input signal by changing a phase of the output signal. The plurality of amplification parts includes a power oscillator which is parallely connected between the power distribution part and the power combination part. A plurality of input control parts is provided for impedance matching between the plurality of amplification parts and the power distribution part. A plurality of output control parts is provided for impedance matching between the power combination part and the plurality of amplification parts.
