Note here that oxide composition includes colloid silica, gelling agent in amount of about 0.01 to 10 wt % of inorganic salt or acid, and about 0.01 to 10 wt % of acid and water in amount sufficient for dissolution of gelling agent, is required in amount sufficient for dissolution of up to 70 wt % of composition weight.
