FIELD: radio engineering.SUBSTANCE: selective amplifier has a first input transistor whose base is connected to a first signal source (2), and the emitter is connected through a first (3) current stabilising two-terminal device to a first (4) power supply bus, a second (5) input transistor whose emitter is connected to the first (4) power supply bus through a second (6) current stabilising two-terminal device, and the collector is connected to a second (7) power supply bus, a first (8) frequency setting resistor connected between the output of the device (9) and the second (7) power supply bus, a first (10) balancing capacitor whose first lead is connected to the emitter of the second (5) input transistor. The base of the second (5) input transistor is connected through alternating current to the output (9) of the device; the second lead of the first (10) balancing capacitor is connected to the base of an additional transistor (11); the emitter of the additional transistor (11) is connected to the emitter of the first (1) input transistor; the collector is connected to the second (7) power supply bus; the emitter-base junction of the additional transistor (11) is connected in parallel to an additional p-n junction (12) which is based on a bipolar transistor; the first (8) frequency setting resistor is connected in parallel through alternating current to a second (13) balancing capacitor, wherein a reference current source (14) is connected to the base of the additional transistor.EFFECT: high Q-factor of the amplitude-frequency curve of the amplifier and its voltage gain at quasi-resonance frequency f.3 cl, 8 dwg |
