PURPOSE: A relay error of an electric driving moving body, a relay control error detecting system and a method thereof are provided to reduce a hardware composition cost and increase composition convenience. CONSTITUTION: A relay error and a relay control error detecting system include a battery(10); a power device(30); a plurality of power device controllers(50); and a relay controller. The battery supplies main power of an electric driving moving body. A plurality of power devices is supplied with power from the battery. A plurality of the power device controllers controls a plurality of the power devices, respectively. A plurality of relays is installed between the battery and a plurality of the power devices. The relay controller is connected by a communication line and a plurality of the power device controllers and receives a voltage value of a DC power inputting port from a plurality of the power device controllers. The relay controller detects an error and an operation state controlling error generated in the relay by the received voltage value and controls an on/off operation of an error relay and generates an error message.
