FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: concentration of dry substances in aliquot of suspension of collection of intracellular bodies; total concentration of dry substances in aliquot of IB collection suspension is multiplied with application of protein productivity conversion factor (PPCF) by formula. Formula result gives total concentration of recombinant protein in said aliquot of said IB collection suspension, and where PPCF for said recombinant protein is determined from aliquot of IB collection suspension by multiplication of ratio of recombinant protein in said aliquot to total content of dry substances in said aliquot by 1000. PPCF for one aliquot of intracellular bodies collection is used for calculating concentration of recombinant protein from different enzymatic collections of intracellular bodies, carried out in accordance with the same method.EFFECT: application of the claimed method makes it possible to increase efficiency of measurement of recombinant protein concentration in collections of bacterial intracellular bodies.5 cl, 3 ex, 5 tbl |
