PURPOSE: An information providing device using eye tracking and a location based service is provided to supply explanation information about an object of a location which an observer watches based on view and location tracking of the observer through a display device or a speaker, thereby delivering meaning about an exhibit to the observer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent displaying unit(110) is installed in a location corresponding to both eyes of an observer. An eyeball change sensing device(120) is installed in a glasses body and senses an eyeball change of the observer. A location detecting sensor(130) is installed in the glasses body and detects the location of the observer. A controlling unit(140) detects location information of the observer according to a sensing result of the eyeball change sensing device and the location detecting sensor and tracks view of the observer. The controlling unit calculates a point which the view of the observer locates based on location information of the observer and displays explanation information about an object corresponding to the location on the transparent displaying unit.
