PURPOSE: A slitter is provided to prevent air pockets or air wrinkles from being generated on an insulation film passing through a transfer roller by forming micro holes on the insulation film through wheel knifes. CONSTITUTION: A slitter comprises an unwinding part, a transfer roller, wheel knifes(160), a cutter, and a winding part. An insulation film is consecutively unwound from the unwinding part. The transfer roller transfers the insulation film in one direction. The wheel knifes detect bubbles of the insulation film and form micro holes on the insulation film. The cutter cuts the insulation film at predetermined intervals. The winding part individually winds the insulation films cut at the predetermined intervals by the cutter.
