FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: support rollers of furnace carrying rollers are installed to provide for parallelism of their axes of rotation. Then surfaces of support rollers rolling are treated, as well as furnace bands contacting with them. After treatment diametres of rollers are measured, and band diametres are calculated. To determine actual position of a furnace axis, coordinates of band centres are calculated with account of geometric parametres of each band and appropriate carrying roller. Further the actual position of the furnace axis is determined by projection of band centres into two planes. One of planes is vertical. The second plane is perpendicular to the first vertical plane, and is arranged in parallel to the line drawn from the centre of the first band at the design angle of the furnace inclination. After connection of projections of centres of all bands, broken lines are produced, which are a projection of the actual furnace axis into two above planes. By adjustment of the position of support rollers, location of band centres on one straight line is provided.EFFECT: higher service life and efficiency of a furnace.4 dwg |
