FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly vertebrology. A threaded rod is introduced in an injured vertebra, and cannulated threaded rods are introduced superjacent and subjacent vertebrae. Bone cement is introduced through the cannulated threaded rods into the vertebral bodies. It is followed by the transpedicular introduction of the threaded rods into the superjacent and subjacent vertebral bodies next nearest the injured one. On free ends of the rods, there are fixed support plates of a reposition device so that one plate fixes two vertebrae: with and without cement. The plates are coupled with screw pull rods movable relatively to each other. A free end of the threaded rod of the injured vertebra is attached to the central screw pull rod of the reposition device. Deformation is corrected. Displacement elimination and vertebral canal reconstruction is followed by rigid fixation of the external reposition device, and connection of the threaded rods introduced into the injured and adjacent vertebrae by screw bars in a position of maximum adaptation to a vertebral shape. The reposition device is removed.EFFECT: method enables correcting all types of vertebral deformation and stabilising the injured segment.1 ex, 1 dwg |
